Dynamic Golf Solutions ("DGS") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

What Data We Collect

  • Account information (email address, name)
  • Golf performance data (rounds, practice logs, training plans)
  • Device information (device identifiers and push notification tokens)
  • Usage data related to app functionality

How We Use Your Data

  • Provide personalized golf performance analysis and practice plans
  • Enable account access and authentication
  • Deliver app features such as push notifications
  • Improve product reliability and performance

We do not sell or share your personal data.

Data is securely stored using Google Firebase services with restricted access. Your data is not shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

My DGS is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect additional personal information from children beyond what is described above.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed immediately.

Delete Your Account

You have full control over your My DGS account.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the My DGS app
  2. Tap your Profile
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Select Delete My Account
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your player profile is permanently deleted
  • All associated data is removed (rounds, plans, history, devices)
  • Your account is removed from authentication systems

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your My DGS account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel billing with the provider you used to subscribe:

  • PayPal / Website: Manage or cancel through your PayPal account.
  • Apple App Store (iOS): Managed through Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Google Play (Android): Managed through Google Play subscription settings.

If you cancel a subscription, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Billing & Membership

My DGS memberships unlock advanced features such as personalized weekly practice plans and training guidance.

Purchases and Management

  • Membership access is linked to the email address used to log into My DGS.
  • Subscriptions must be managed (updated/canceled) through the provider used at purchase.
  • Payment failures may temporarily pause access until billing is resolved.

Apple App Store Note (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your subscription is handled by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your device settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions. DGS does not have access to your Apple payment details.

Terms of Service

  • My DGS is a golf performance and training tool.
  • Insights provided are informational and not medical advice.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • Abuse or attempts to compromise systems may result in account suspension.
  • Dynamic Golf Solutions may update features, pricing, and policies as the platform evolves.

Cancellations & Refunds

Learning Experience Cancellation

  • Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice before your session — no penalty.
  • No-shows incur the full lesson fee.
  • Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.
  • Emergencies are assessed on a case-by-case basis upon immediate notification.
  • Lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

Member Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via email to [email protected].
  • Monthly subscriptions end at the current billing cycle conclusion.
  • Annual subscriptions continue through term expiration.
  • Payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds for partial use.
  • Auto-renewal: cancel at least 7 days before renewal date.

Product Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Used items, personalized goods, and clearance merchandise are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items.
