 Coach Milo leads a fitness class where a host of young teenaged golfers are doing single-leg glute bridges. These young athletes usually attend three to four classes each week. One class is all SAQ (Speed - Agility - Quickness) the others are a conglomerate of mobility, stability, movement, strength, power and specific drills to address the athlete's individual needs.
